How our apps use AI

What AI does

Our apps use AI for one clear job per app. In VisitNote, when you choose to send a note, your recording goes to OpenAI over their API. It comes back as a written, structured note, which the app delivers to the address you set. That is it.

What AI does not do

It does not train on your content. We do not train models on your data, and OpenAI does not use API data for training by default. We do not opt in
It does not keep your audio. Recordings are processed and then deleted, not stored in a library
It does not run in the background. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send

You review the result

AI transcription can make mistakes. Names, numbers, and details can come out wrong. Check a note before you rely on it, and do not dictate secrets or sensitive data you would not put in an email.
