Delete your Apps Factory account and data

This page is for VisitNote: Voice to Email, published by Apps Factory. Apps Factory is a brand of ServiceChanger B.V., Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands (KVK 97221309), the developer and seller of the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open VisitNote and go to Settings
- Under Account, tap Delete account
- Confirm with Delete account
You only see Delete account when you are signed in. If you never signed in, you used VisitNote as a guest and there is no account to delete. The records under What we keep, and for how long then expire on their own.
Delete without the app
No longer have the app? Email support@appsfactory.nl with the subject "Delete my VisitNote account". Send it from the email address of your account, or tell us which address that is. We reply within 30 days.
Signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email? Then include the relay address Apple made for VisitNote. You find it in your Apple account settings under Sign in with Apple.
What is deleted
- Your VisitNote data: your preferences, your Pro status, and the send log entries linked to your account
- Your VisitNote membership
- Your Apps Factory login, if no other Apps Factory app uses it. Our apps share one login, so if another Apps Factory app still uses it, the login stays for that app
- If you signed in with Apple: we also revoke the Apple sign-in token we hold for VisitNote
Notes already in your inbox stay there. They are your emails, and we do not have a copy.
What we keep, and for how long
Some records are not removed with your account, because they are not linked to it or because we need them to stop abuse of the free sends. Our server deletes them automatically after a fixed time:

We do not store your audio. OpenAI processes it to transcribe and structure your note, and does not use it for training. The note is emailed to you through Resend, and we do not store it.
Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases, under their own privacy policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it yourself in the store where you bought it:
- App Store: cancel a subscription from Apple
- Google Play: cancel a subscription on Google Play
