Terms of Use

The agreement

These terms apply to every app published by Apps Factory, a brand of ServiceChanger B.V., Lichtenvoorde, the Netherlands (KVK 97221309). By installing or using one of our apps you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. Those rights always apply.

AI output and your content

Some apps use AI, for example to transcribe and structure a voice note. AI can make mistakes: names, numbers, and details can come out wrong. Review a note before you rely on it or send it on. You are responsible for what you dictate, for the content of your notes, and for the destination you send them to.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled in your store account, not by us, and the store's own platform terms govern the purchase. Refunds follow the store's policy.

Fair use

Use the apps for their intended purpose. Do not try to break, overload, or resell them, and do not use them for anything unlawful. We may block use that harms the service or other users.

No warranty

The apps are provided as is. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you keep what your store subscription entitles you to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy. It is part of how the apps work, not fine print.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you live in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Meaningful changes are announced in the app. Questions: support@appsfactory.nl.
