Something did not arrive or work as expected?

Name the app, what you did, what happened, and your device. For anything an app sends by email, check your spam folder and the destination address you set first. We cannot read your content, so the more specific your steps, the faster we can help.

Purchases and refunds

Subscriptions run through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your store account. Refunds go through the store as well.

Want your data shown, exported, or deleted? Email us from the address you use in the app. The details are in the privacy policy.
